I love all aspects about this software which enables me to take control over my time in such an efficient way without interrupting work flow. This allows you to focus your attention where it belongs; at tasks and not being distracted by other things going around or doing elsewhere during non-work hours when using internet connection devices like smartphones, tablets etc. There are minor bugs here and there but nothing major enough so far. Very Pleased to Use and recommend for fast responsive response

I like how easy it was set up compared too other computer service companies we have used in our career! We are able t o schedule appointments easily through this software which allows us not be tied down by an appointment time if they don't show or call back at scheduled times within 30 minutes before closing hours (or after 9pm). The only thing i dislike about RSRS now days has been some updates where there were errors but these issues seem resolved from recent upgrades so all good!! This…

  • It is really quick to get everything done via telephone as opposed with previous experience using another system for scheduling calls, schedules & booking repairs that take more than 1 hr sometimes..and much faster since implementing SCRS vs my old one!!! Also love being notified automatically upon jobs completed thru email instead having me log into website manually.also no complaints w
