The device is good although it works hence 1 star. The massage is nice but strong as we have yet to get out of the lowest setting! The remote works, but there is NO word of it in the instructions that came with it. And even shit, to put it mildly! There is no information about "connecting the remote control" or how to do it. There is no real information about the device itself to help you use it. Just very basic bad "Chinglish" (obvious Chinese-English) so it's really hard to understand. At the same time, the device is good and while it worked, it massaged the legs well. However, the heater does not get too warm. Warm enough to keep you warm. Hence my 1 star rating. We gave it 4 stars before it broke. We breastfed him a lot and still he broke down. Refunded our money minus the "restocking fee" as it has been 90 days since purchase. Either that, or send it back to the manufacturer for another block, which also breaks immediately. No thank you!
