I love these cases and if you want to store your record cases you need a case to keep them from chafing. They look a bit milky, but that's not a problem when they're upright and you're just looking at the spines anyway. They're certainly clear enough, but if you're showing covers, you might need a clearer reading. They're smooth enough to avoid sticking to the album cover, so they can be easily removed to get to the vinyl for playback. They're not too big either, so you don't have an extra half inch of length to bend and bend during use. Finally, because the sleeves are slightly thicker than 3mm sleeves, they are less flexible than what you typically get when buying a used record. So if you have vinyl records that are in poor condition or have stickers on them, they make a great replacement.
