It was easy for me as an individual to use this software because I am not tech savvy at all! The fact that there are so many different ways of using the program makes it even easier for someone like myself who has no idea how computers work. There really isn't anything bad about this product. If you have any questions regarding the program or need help with something specific, just ask in one of their forums and they will be able to assist you. This is great if your having trouble finding information online and don't know what to do next. You can easily find everything you're looking for by searching through the database.
