I was having trouble connecting to this monitor and called Revain. They in turn contacted Samsung on my behalf and then connected me. I had to explain the problem from the ground up to 4 different Samsung reps who seemed never to have heard of this particular model (TU87F - 32"). After being hurled from service to service for over an hour they disconnected. no call back, although i have given my phone number to everyone i have spoken to i have no choice but to return it to the sender.
