Have one for each of my four dogs. It was expensive but worth it. When I step out onto the driveway in winter, it's dark. I live in the country so it gets very dark. The dogs live in an invisibly fenced yard and they have a kennel and other shelters where they can stay while I'm gone, but when I move in they run around because they're glad I'm home. These jackets REALLY stand out in my headlights. They are bright red with fluorescent stripes. You can see my dogs from a hundred feet away. Fleece-lined jackets are very durable. They have industrial-strength Velcro so dogs can't take them off themselves and then chew on the fur. The little collars around the neck are also neat. If it's not very cold, you can fold down the collars like a human jacket. When it's cold, you can leave the collars open to keep your dog's neck warm. The coat has a zipper on the back of the dog, so you can wear it over the harness and still keep the dog warm. Finally, the fit is exactly as advertised in the product review. Measure the girth of the dog at its largest point and the length of the dog from the base of the neck to the base of the tail. Follow the product description and you will have a coat that suits you perfectly. I have three Jack Russell Terriers and one custom sized Labrador. All four fit perfectly. I highly recommend these coats.
