Ease of use & implementation even if you have no IT background! Great support from team members. Support tickets are answered promptly or addressed through additional training where appropriate (sometimes not needed). Team member availability can be limited during peak times which could cause delays when submitting requests/support ticketing queries but this seems rare so far - I guess it's all relative depending how busy your organisation gets etc.. We were looking into providing payments across multiple countries using various payment schemes such as Maestro, Mastercard Payflow Pro amongst others. The system has now become very robust allowing us access almost everywhere we need too internationally without issue.
