Review on Efficient Connectivity: Linksys N300 Wi-Fi Wireless Router (E900) by Ryan Marx

When this router came out I was dying to try it as it replaced a failed D-Link router. Have I ever been disappointed when this one too seemed to fail. It took a while but I finally got it to work through the ports but the wifi couldn't connect to the laptop or kindle which was the main reason. So I called support expecting a big apology. Instead they helped me in great detail and eventually I was able to get this working. The last trick seemed to be to manually select channel 11 instead of letting the router select the channel automatically. The nice lady I spoke to was in the Philippines but that didn't detract from her ability to resolve the issue. While I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of Cisco's customer support, I was very disappointed that I had to go there.
