The support staff are very helpful! They were able to help me set up my account within minutes after I placed an order online. Not only that but they have been extremely responsive every time we've had questions or concerns about their service. There's not much I dislike - everything seems great thus far. It would be nice if there was more flexibility around pricing options (for example, being charged monthly instead of yearly). Also it'd be useful to see some kind of breakdown of how many calls each carrier handles compared to others. As mentioned above though this isn't really something specific to them per se -- rather just standard industry practice. If someone has never used their type of virtual phone system before then having dedicated technical support can seem overwhelming at first. But once you get started using your new system things start falling into place fairly quickly.
