Review on JDIO by James Holker

I like that it's easy for people who are not familiar with cloud software, but still want an interface similar as other platforms such us Slack or Zoom (or even Facebook Messenger).

The user experience could be improved if you have more options when creating groups of users; this would help me better manage my team members' access rights within our organization - currently we only can set them up from time-to-time manually by myself! It helps ease communication between employees working remotely without having everyone meet physically at one place every day which has been helpful especially during COVID19 pandemic where most organizations had their offices shut down due reduced number staffs/employees etc.
