My shopping experience on the AUXITO online store left me feeling really dissatisfied, yet I am a paying customer of theirs. To begin, the website has a terrible layout, which makes it quite challenging for me to locate the specific items that I need. Second, completing the transaction at the register was a difficult and aggravating process. Last but not least, the delivery of my order was both sluggish and flawed upon arrival. After contacting their customer service, I discovered that the representatives were both unhelpful and unprofessional. They did not provide any potential fixes or forms of compensation for the broken merchandise. In general, I would not suggest AUXITO to anyone searching for a buying experience that is free of complications or annoyances.
