I liked the idea of having a no shock option to stop our dog from barking, but our dog still barks when he hears a noise. The only thing we didn't like was that she got worried if the box started making noise if it was caused by a loud noise or if someone was speaking loudly. Therefore, she hid under our feet and acted very shy, as if something bad was about to happen. But if there was any noise or someone was at the door, she barked as usual. So we didn't like the idea that it would always be jittery because of random noises the box makes for no reason. This may work better for some dogs, but not for us. Hence 1 star for me as this is not a solution for all dogs.
