I've spent hours and hours trying to get the touchscreen to work! I called tech support and they sent me a request for a photo and video of my wiring. I sent a picture of the 5 pin connector and noticed that it differs from their picture. I was constantly put off and promised to send something by mail. it said "Did you receive our package?" After seeing that they only put me off until the warranty expired, I gave up!
