SwitchOver is an awesome SaaS solution for teams. Switches allow users to switch off individual documents or folders to prevent them from appearing in the search results when searching for specific terms. This saves valuable resources and provides more control over the system. Users can even use switches to organize files into folders and subfolders. SwitchOver also has a comprehensive file version history that helps you find previous versions of your files and stay up to date. You can add a user manual to the documents you upload to SwitchOver. That way you can easily share information with colleagues who don't use the service. SwitchOver also has a powerful query builder that enables users to perform complex searches. The search results are presented in a clean and intuitive way so it's easy to find the exact document you're looking for. SwitchOver also has an email archiving feature. This helps you to save all the emails you send or receive, including attachments. When creating a new account you can choose between three mail accounts.
