I like how easy it is to use, especially when sending emails out for my team! It's very effective at letting me know what they are working on or need help doing so that i can respond quickly instead of trying to remember myself, etc., which allows us more time in our day (and makes everyone happy). The interface looks kindof outdated compared to other services but we're using this as an internal tool only and not going public yet anyways :) Maybe try some free trial first if you haven't before buying? We've been able to track everything related directly through emailing clients without having any previous knowledge since switching over from another system last year - no problems there either :D.
