Review on πŸ”’ Enhanced Master Lock 493B Circuit Breaker Lockout, Single and Double Toggles with Tagout Functionality by Greg Horn

Revainrating 3 out of 5

Might work for you but not for me.

These well made locking clips hold the switch securely. They could probably be unplugged, but I think that would just as likely break the switch, so I think it's fine in that regard. However, in my application - a 20 year old GE panel - closing the latch activates the switch on the opposite side of the panel, leaving insufficient room to close the latch without pressing the opposite switch. There would be enough room to latch the switch in the on position but not in the off position. If you sawed off the latch it will work fine, and not putting a lock or tag on it will solve your problem. They fit my 10 year old Submarine Square-D panels - they protrude about a millimeter beyond the opposite breaker. They don't match the arc switches I have that have a raised portion on the "off" side. Of course they work for some people and they might work for you, but they didn't work on any of my panels. .
