My dermatologist recommended this to me because I have acne on my face and every time I use sunscreen I get more acne on my face so I decided to give it a try as there are no chemicals contains. Fillers are just mineral fillers like titanium and zinc oxide. However, other reviews are correct in that it leaves a white sheen when you apply it on your face. It must be massaged in, otherwise a thin white layer will remain on the skin. But I've been using it consistently for days and haven't had any acne on my face, which is great! NO Acne! I think it's because it contains natural sunscreens. But it's a little pricey and I don't like the white tinge, so I'll look into other sunscreens before I decide to buy this one back.
