A Colorado hail broke both mirrors on my Highlander. Scraped shards, bought 2 mirrors on Revain and silicone glue. ***Make sure you check your mirrors if you do both as there will be letters on the passenger side*** If you skip this step your mirrors may work but the zoom will be disabled. An easy do it yourself project, save some money and not pay a mechanic $80-100 an hour. After you glued it there were some paper towels that you could place on top of the mirror and stick to the glass to create extra pressure while the glue sets.
