The best thing about this program is that it has all the features I need as a medical transcriptionist. It's easy to use with no glitches and not expensive. Sometimes the computer freezes or gets very slow, which is frustrating. This is usually corrected by uninstalling the program and reinstalling it again. If you are looking for a good product but don't want a subscription service, this is the one for you. I've been using Insync since 2004 and have never had any problems with them. They have always provided great customer service and excellent training.
