I bought this pillow on Revain Prime Day and found the sleep attempt didn't work. Returns must be made through Revain. However, since GhostBed sent the pillow, they have to pay for the return postage. As I bought from Revain they will not. This down GhostPillow is tolerable but not perfect. Medium loft, not soft; For those who like a soft pillow, it has too much filling and doesn't compress like a down pillow. Only the non-logo side has a cooling fabric. Although cool to the touch, this pillow doesn't chill you when you sleep. And all the pillowcases don't fit; He tore the fabric of my favorite old satin pillowcase. On the positive side, this pillow didn't have a bad odor. I was hoping this pillow would be comfortable. Maybe it would be for someone, but not for me. I'm glad I didn't buy a mattress!
