Not happy with this product, bad in use.

I have a positive attitude towards the Chicco brand, there are a lot of things: musical toys, rattles, dishes, spoons, clothes, shoes. Everything is of good quality, so I took the Chicco Polly Progres 5 White Snow chair without looking back. The quality of the plastic and assembly was disappointing, all the plastic seemed to be "dented", the seams diverge, the chair looks good used. What is this? Chairs for 2022? Or am I just unlucky?

Pros

Sustainable, functional, nice eco-leather on the case. Nice soft seat.

Cons

Plastic quality, build quality. It is very difficult to lower and raise the chair (not only with one, two hands (!)) - it does not always work the first time. Bulky.
