Falsely advertised as the best finishing materials

The description clearly states a minimum hole size of 3/4 inch. The package of the item received says 11/8 inch. I had to hone a 7/8" hole and this product does not fit snugly nor can it be modified to fit. With his arms slightly bent to align the honing tools perfectly, he barely fits in the 1 inch diameter hole. Don't believe these people, they obviously don't care what they sell as long as they sell it.
