I like that you can filter your search to show only properties with certain amenities (like free wifi).

It's easy enough use but it doesn't seem very intuitive at first glance so we had some confusion when using our phones while in an airport or even going through security without realizing there was no internet service available! You have limited options if they do not offer WiFi because then people will complain about how bad their experience is - which might result in them cancelling out right before check-in time since this isn't something most hotels are willing/able to provide anymore. We were looking into ways to expand access to guest rooms by offering self serve laundry services as well as other things like charging cellphones directly from outlets etc.
