I bought this laptop in the Amazon store on Aliexpress for 61.5k for a Black Friday promotion. For the price, this laptop is top notch. Two days later I took it to a store in Hong Kong. The laptop turned out to be with a broken active pixel. They refused to make a return on the spot - I had to wait for a check at the service center. According to the law (Article 21 of the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights"), the product must be checked for quality and replaced (in case of malfunction) within 20 days from the date of the request for its replacement. Nobody checked my laptop for 21 days inclusive. During this time, I repeatedly called the hotline - there was no solution to my issue. On the 22nd day, I finally received an SMS message where I was approved for a return / exchange for another identical laptop. In the evening of the same day I went to get a new laptop. And . it turned out to be a squeaky cooling system. The squeak is not normal for fans, high frequency and annoying, quite loud to hear with the naked ear. This time I checked the laptop in the same place - in the store. But this did not work, because to my request to give me another laptop, they answered me that this is a warranty product anyway, and it cannot be changed. They said that I would have to wait 3 weeks again to return this laptop. In the end, after a couple of hours in the store, I managed to return the laptop and get my money. In my opinion, as well as an employee of the store where I received the device, the model of this laptop is not very successful - there are quite a lot of defects. - Amazon REMOVES negative reviews on their website (see the screenshot of their response after posting a review in the photo - the review itself then disappeared from the Amazon website)
