I have had several voicemail alerts over the years. They worked for a while and then stopped. Most of them were dodgy in the postman's ad. Searching for Revain I found a Yolink system with a 1/4 mile range. Intrigued, I bought a base unit and 2 motion sensors. Installing the yoLink base station software was a little tricky, but I ended up installing it. As you can see from the round white sensor on the back of the mailbox it was pretty easy to place (magnet and sticker). He hasn't fallen off his magnet yet. By the way, they're supposed to alert you to the traffic around you, but they obviously work in small areas. up to 10 minutes. You can get an email, a text message, or just for fun, an Alexa prompt. Ours says "You've got mail." Aside from the rather complicated software setup, text messages are limited to a small number but increase as you add more sensors. Emails are not limited. I want to see unlimited text messages because you get two for every email delivery. One when the postman puts the mail down and one when you open the door to receive the mail.
