Fragile product with defects

I opened it and ten minutes later I started returning the goods. Everything looks great from the outside. The bag and case look great. The case flexes a bit but seems solid enough. Inside, however, everything is falling apart. The product broke before I even started (the packaging was in perfect condition). Inside the case, everything feels very light and cheap, which was clearly evident from the rumble of bits of plastic inside. The main fraction was related to the mechanism of the screen pickup roller. So it took two people to put it back in the case. One for pressing down the screen and the other for manually rolling up the screen. In addition, the screen is not upright, but leans back a few degrees. I could handle it if everything else worked. I found that I could stand the screen upright fairly easily by elevating the legs a little at the back. However, I'm not sure how this will hold up over time given the curvature inside the case block. It could bend even more and eventually break the rivets. The tension tabs worked in principle well and seemed to reduce puckering, but one of the tabs had already snapped and the tension cable was loose at that point. Again, I'm not sure how long others would last after multiple uses. In theory, this is a great product. It's not too difficult. Screen fabric is good. The case seems to be quite robust. The scissor mechanism on the back seemed to last a long time. The key downsides, however, are cheap ports and a screen pickup roller. I would not recommend this product.

Pros
  • The telescopic support mechanism offers a variety of height adjustments and easy operation. Solid rotatable floor supports increase the stability of the high screen.
