Fragile product with defects

I opened it and ten minutes later I started returning the goods. Everything looks great from the outside. The bag and case look great. The case flexes a bit but seems solid enough. Inside, however, everything is falling apart. The product broke before I even started (the packaging was in perfect condition). Inside the case, everything feels very light and cheap, which was clearly evident from the rumble of bits of plastic inside. The main fraction was related to the mechanism of the screenโ€ฆ

Great value for money but you will want to shell out for Vividstorn.

Wanted a screen in the bedroom. See, the wall worked well, other than the fact that I have one of those detailed walls (stucco? Don't know what it's called) and while it looks really nice when using a long throw projector, it's pretty when using a projector striking ultra-light throw. I won't be hanging screens from the ceiling, so this fits. It's just perfect for what I want to achieve in my bedroom. Pros: Portable. Extremely easy to set up, but if you're small be prepared to hop on a chairโ€ฆ

Good big screen but could be better.

I have a small problem, very large and allows my 4k projector to show a good clear image Cases - There was a small crack or scratch at the top of the screen Luckily it was in the black area so the image didn't I circled it with black marker to "fix" the visible white. Teardrop. - The screen is tilted to the left. The base is flat (checked with a spirit level). But when I turn the screen up pull, the top is tilted to the left. As a result, the image at the top of my projector is cut off a bit on
