We installed three of these on a conference room table to hide the cables from our conference phone and its extra mics. We used a 1 inch hole saw to make the cut outs and thankfully the product fit perfectly. It fits snugly, but we needed a tap with a hammer to flush and install them properly. The overall look is okay, but not as good as some of the other brands we've used. 1 inch is a bit small, and if you have a lot of cables to work with, you might prefer the larger option. However, the size was what we were looking for and they do the job.
