THE BEST WAY TO STRENGTHEN GRIP

I have been using Isoflex exercise balls for many years. Have tried several other brands but Isoflex is the best. When you start a new ball it will be a little stiff, but hang in there. The ball will soften and take the shape of your hand. I use one in my home gym between sets, one in my truck at the stop light, and one in my media room to use during a movie. So I always do a few reps with one grip every day. I'm 75 years old and still have a very strong grip and forearms. This is due to bending the arms with dumbbells and Isoflex.
