Fan brushes in different sizes were and are urgently needed. They were packaged so well, nice hard plastic case with reusable snaps. However, as far as I remember, 3 out of 6 brushes were damaged. It was not a delivery, but a production damage. The three brushes were sharp and properly rounded on each side, and when I moved the hair with my fingers, all of the bristles stayed in place. The problem with others has been frizzy bristles which I have yet to try and salvage. The edge is sharp on one side and rounded on the other, and the hairs are thin and below the same border as the rest of the setae. But! I contacted the company who explained problems, they asked me to try an interim solution, which I was very happy to do, I need brushes, but unfortunately it didn't work. The company then told me to keep the brushes and they would give me a full refund. Now who can disagree? I can not. So while I can't give great reviews for the brushes themselves, I can say that anyone who buys from their company has nothing to fear if their products fail. honesty is power!
