Poor Polly bed with microcracks. The box was opened and resealed, apparently by the carrier or in a warehouse. I didn't find the crack until I began the rather complicated assembly process of inflating all four tires to their ratings, reading the instructions, and partially installing the first of several bolts onto the part. Assembly is much quicker if you have a relatively thin 13mm wall, a deep socket and ratchet, and a wide or Phillips head screwdriver to hold the screws in place until the plastic-filled locknuts "seize". ". relaxed. I submitted a return request for another identical unit, hoping that the bed breaking issue was due to shipping damage or failed testing. Received the second car fairly quickly. The box was in worse condition than the first, but the bed was intact. I have used the unpacked parts from the 1st carriage and the bed from the 2nd to complete the rather tedious assembly process and have now 'tested' the carriage and put the damaged bed and boxed parts from the 2nd into the box brought back from the first. other potential buyers. I suspect there are better and more durable versions of this design. I met a guy in our parking lot who was visiting. He noted that he bought one of these and ended up throwing it away because the bed broke at the screw holes after a relatively short period of use. the nuts won't move on the second try after all the nuts get jammed on the first try. Regularly check the nuts, especially those that are affected when the wagon is opened for unloading and returned to its place, to make sure the vibrations are not loosening them. Be careful when loading and unloading, and take good care of the bed. If this doesn't suit me, I will leave additional comments. I'm an "old freak" planning to use this for small landscaping projects. I like that it is very light. Before I finished the build, I used my bike pump (with a gauge) to pump 30 pounds of air into all four tires. You can feel the difference the extra pressure makes. The car rolls fairly easily. I like the design and the relatively light weight. I am 75 years old and had major surgery to repair an aortic aneurysm, so should not be lifting or carrying heavy loads. I've just used a cart to get groceries from my car and I use it to bring and spread mulch into flower beds etc. I accidentally left the parking lights on in my truck the other day and it won't start. I had a cart in the back of a truck, so I removed the battery, put it in the cart and wheeled it to the store. I couldn't have carried it that far, but with a trolley it was a breeze. Left truck with battery, came back a few hours later, charged battery, rolled back into his truck, installed it, threw truck in back, started it up and drove it all home. I find it much more versatile than a wheelbarrow and with four wheels it's more stable. Guess what? After one season I have a tire that won't hold any air! Looks like the tubeless valve stem is loose on one wheel. What a PITA! I downgraded my rating again.
