Will never use these guys or Devter again. Received packages and missing parts. I've tried to get replacement parts but apparently they haven't arrived even after ordering a few weeks ahead of schedule. In short, we all know how difficult it is to get help on the day of installation (which was planned weeks in advance). I had help and had no spare parts. With that being said cold winters are coming in Minnesota and I had to cancel my trip to Florida because THESE parts take forever to ship because they don't check the boxes for all the hardware and the middleman company wasn't very helpful either. DO NOT ORDER THIS DEXTER KIT IF YOU WANT TO FINISH ON TIME.
