Update: Six years later these subwoofers are still working! Spent about 3 months running them After they sounded great when they turned up the power They spent the next five years in my swim trunks and wowed all my friends Very responsive bass in the 60-100Hz range Durable gaskets hold up with no signs of wear The huge dual magnets seem to be key to their performance I currently have one of the speakers in my home theater subwoofer that is... powered by my custom onkyo speaker amp it shakes up the house very well and brings the feel of the theater home. 10/10 again. Well built and sounds great in my strip box. There was no packing material around the subwoofers to keep them safe. One of the speakers actually broke out of one of the boxes. Even if they cost $30, it would be a good idea to take care of their security.
