The hardware that holds the seat and back to the chair is horribly bad. Truly unbelievable. None of the holes match up and of the 16 screws I had to screw in (I bought two chairs) 9 of the internally threaded bushings were damaged and didn't take a screw. Sending them back wasn't an option for me (or believe me I would) due to lack of time, so I ended up drilling new holes, cutting them and buying other screws. In general, think of it as a chair set, not a chair. Be prepared to buy half the materials yourself and you might want to allow around 2 hours for the assembly (of course that includes a visit to your local hardware store). It's complete, complete garbage. The pillows are ok, the rest is in the trash. Lesson learned. Never buy anything like this from Revain again.
