Relatively durable - vinyl chair

The chair is very comfortable so I gave it a 4. I've had it for about three months and it definitely looks like it will last a long time. . My only complaint about this chair is that I literally searched the internet for hours to find an affordable leather chair (genuine writing, not like leather or faux leather or glued etc). This one claims to be more like real leather but clearly isn't. The vinyl (let's be honest) on the seats seems pretty strong, but the material on the padded armrestsโ€ฆ

Had High Hopes - Home Office Chairs

After reading some positive reviews I decided on this chair. I always collect all the chairs I buy, from the more expensive ones to the cheaper ones. I've never had trouble assembling a chair, but I came across this one. From that moment I realized that I had made a mistake in purchasing this chair. All the other chairs I've bought have always been stable once I've assembled them and most of them have lasted for several years. This chair started to shift every time I sat on it and adjusted myโ€ฆ

Worst Revain Purchase Ever

The hardware that holds the seat and back to the chair is horribly bad. Truly unbelievable. None of the holes match up and of the 16 screws I had to screw in (I bought two chairs) 9 of the internally threaded bushings were damaged and didn't take a screw. Sending them back wasn't an option for me (or believe me I would) due to lack of time, so I ended up drilling new holes, cutting them and buying other screws. In general, think of it as a chair set, not a chair. Be prepared to buy half theโ€ฆ

Fits home office furniture

The padding is quite firm and seems to support my back. My back is starting to hurt after sitting in it for a while, but I don't know if it's the chairs to be honest. Overall it feels sturdy and is worth what I paid for it. It's only been a few weeks or so, but so far so good. I rate it 3 stars as I said my back hurts when I sit on it, I haven't had this problem on any other chair. My point is that while it's probably partly me, the chair is at least partly to blame and Revain rates 3 stars asโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Executive design with mid back and added lumbar support
