The chair is very comfortable so I gave it a 4. I've had it for about three months and it definitely looks like it will last a long time. . My only complaint about this chair is that I literally searched the internet for hours to find an affordable leather chair (genuine writing, not like leather or faux leather or glued etc). This one claims to be more like real leather but clearly isn't. The vinyl (let's be honest) on the seats seems pretty strong, but the material on the padded armrests isn't as durable and seems a more likely candidate for damage. I paid a little more for this Boss chair, mainly because the brand appears to advertise real leather on their website, but that's actually not the case. Torn to rate it a three or four.
