The ease of use when setting up mails is great! I like that it has good templates to help with designing emails for different types of users (from beginner all the way through advanced). It also allows me to segment my subscribers into groups or folders so that they receive specific mailings at certain times in their subscription cycles. There are many ways to customize your template but not always easy enough if you're new to this software - more experienced user will have no problem figuring out how things work after trying several tutorials online. If there's one thing we dislike about moosehend its price compared to other competitors which makes us look elsewhere. We've been able to solve our customer retention problems by sending targeted messages via Mailchimp/Aweber without having to rely solely upon cold calls from sales people and using an automated system saves time and resources.
