UPDATE: They contacted me and are replacing the product. They also said they would refund my money if I had any problems. I admit it's been a long time to have great customer service. Many thanks for your help! A brand new bag was opened at handle 8, vacuumed, resealed ie returned to it and there was moisture in the bag with all the absorbers. Apparently even after vacuuming and sealing - they give condensate. I reopened because they were hot! red hot. And create a humid atmosphere. You have to find the best way to pack them, maybe 5 or 10 in a small package. So everyone doesn't go broke? Mind you I bought 2. I'm afraid to open other sinks. The bags were fine, many had dents. I hate making sure they aren't pierced. I would return them but I have used medium packs of other absorbers.
