I use InDesign for my work. A lot of. That's 90% of what I do. I had the 2019 version of this laptop and it worked great. But then I saw that a brand new 2020 version was coming out and decided to bring the 2019 model back to Costco and use that one since it offers a faster processor, USB-C, etc. anyway. Generally great. For InDesign, however, this laptop is only fast with about 60% of the files. Sometimes it's so slow that it's barely usable. I contacted LG to report this bug and they basically told me they can't investigate it until at least 3 people have confirmed it's the issue. So I'm probably shooting myself in the foot and not letting someone using InDesign get this laptop and possibly run into the same bug and report it to LG, but in the meantime they might see this post and decide to investigate further . Other than that, this is a great laptop. Very quiet keyboard, great big screen. Super wearable. Looks beautiful. A touchscreen would have been nice, but it doesn't bother us.
