I started looking for a monitor to work from home. I bought it and had problems with the sound. Cathy is the definition of what customer service should be. She helped me solve the problem and kept me updated (even unbeknownst to me). Very happy with how the issue was resolved. As for the monitor, I use it every day. I couldn't be happier. The screen is clear and the sound is great. Adjusting the tone or brightness is easy. They come with cables, but I had to get another cable to convert mini HDMI to HDMI. Overall a great monitor. I will definitely buy from them again without hesitation. Thanks.
