This is my second anchor bought this way. Firstly I like their design, they work very well on rocky banks and can take a lot of pressure. I just bought a second one for the new PWC. We use them on waveguides, kayaks, floats etc. This time the product was not delivered as described and I wanted to point that out to those who may not have noticed. Although listed with a PVC buoy, it comes with a foam buoy. If you use it anywhere there are waves, it will break that foam buoy in an instant. I didn't really realize I had a foam buoy until after my second use I saw how it had been cut. Not sure what's going on and am returning it under a different title for an extra dollar or so to get a real PVC float. The latter was purchased for another product and delivered correctly. This is called PVC in the description, but actually shows pictures of a foam buoy and provides foam. Spend that extra dollar on a PVC float, it will last a lot longer.
