Little did I know these containers wouldn't leak.
Didn't realize these containers weren't airtight. Although with a little care I can pack my soup for lunch the next day and not spill. For example; I can fill the container with water, hold it on the bottom and shake it upside down vigorously and the lid stays closed but a few drops come out. As already mentioned, a little diligence leads to success. Not very expensive and I use them every day but if I had to do it again I would buy the "Pyrexยฎ 4-lockโข 4 Round Cup Storage with Red Lid". .
