Disappointed with the online store for e.l.f. Beauty

I have to admit that as an e.l.f. Beauty regular, I'm dissatisfied with their online shop. While they provide a variety of reasonably priced goods, there are a few issues that make shopping with them challenging. First of all, the website occasionally feels clumsy and slow, which makes it difficult to browse. It also lacks some essential components, like the option to limit search results by particular ingredients. A few of their goods are also not as high-quality as I would like, I've discovered. There are unquestionably some jewels in their collection, but there are also some pieces that lack pigment and durability. Additionally, I've encountered some problems with their customer support. I once asked a company a query about a product, and I got a general answer that didn't really address my issue. Finally, despite their dedication to providing vegan and cruelty-free choices, I have discovered that these products occasionally lack variety and quality. While I do value e.l.f. Beauty's accessibility and dedication to moral behavior in general, there are some areas where they fall short. I'm dissatisfied with their online store and will shop elsewhere for my requirements in terms of cosmetics and personal care.
