I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

The Mi Home application did not find the socket automatically, I had to select "Add manually" - "Select the type of equipment" - .
Another point - the smartphone was connected to Wi-Fi 5 GHz, so the socket did not want to cling to Wi-Fi (although there was a choice of available wi-fi networks, including 2.4 GHz). I had to reconnect my smartphone to 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi, and the socket successfully connected.
About voice control - I added the Mi Home application to Google Assistant, I had to tinker - it's not there as described in the instructions.

Pros

Works and responds very quickly. If on / off from the Mi Home application, then almost instantly, without delay. If through Google Assistant by voice, then after the phrase "Ok Google, turn on the garland" half a second-second passes and the socket works.
