The first worked two days, called the company - they did nothing.

I set up the dehumidifier and the first remote worked fine for 2 days. Then showed "LO" on the screen and stopped controlling the device. Instructions are short and a joke, no effective troubleshooting steps or explanations. Left me with a question - is it a unit or a remote? I called the manufacturer and this is obviously a common problem as the receptionist knew straight away it was a remote control and her boss would come back to me for an exchange. Waited a week, NO RESPONSE FROM YOUR BOSS. Ordered a new remote from Revain and returned the first one. I AM SERIOUSLY CONSIDERING DRAWING THE DRYER AND SENDING IT BACK AND BUYING FROM ANOTHER MANUFACTURER. I hope I don't regret my decision to keep the device. Got a new remote control and it's been working fine for a week now.
