Did nothing wrong, left a bad impression.
The product itself is thin, soft and metallic. My problem is with the seller. I only received one layer of floss, although I'm sure it was the size advertised. They were kind enough to ship it in the original packaging which clearly states there should be six. Good to know. I'd be happy to pay a little more for all of that.
- After washing, wrap the embroidery in a towel to remove excess water, then lay flat to dry.
