We have now ordered about 30 units. We had very few problems. And if I had a problem, the support solved it quickly. I would get a response every time I emailed with a question. Battery life is excellent and requires minimal charging. We can fill all stocks (sometimes up to 8 hours) without charging them. The barcode is rarely misread. I actually started using these scanners for our field technicians. The inventory team got wind of it and started asking about it. They are small and wireless. They are not bulky. We prevent them from falling with a rope around the wrist. This is a great feature. The device connects easily with Bluetooth devices and is very user-friendly.
