So this controller is half the price of Kessil Spectral X and has almost the same features. What I like: Requires no external power supply, powered by 0-10V headphone jack. It recognizes NICREW (Kessil doesn't recognize it) and appears to have copied the API directly from Kessil. Programming is easy, size and weight are good. I like fasteners. What I don't like: No moonlight mode, the minimum value you can control the lighting with is 5%, no mode to preview lighting settings before saving the light chart. I think this is a great controller. by price. Others may have more features, but this controller is definitely worth trying, especially for aquariums with NICREW.
