After many hours of use the bottle will heat up but the oil will not. It cools the oil, but Oil Warmer is an exaggeration. But what I like even less is the noise it makes. A loud click can be heard when switching on. It stays on for about 60 seconds and then turns off with an even louder CLICK. It stays off for about 5-6 minutes before turning back on. This continues throughout the massage session, breaking the calm, serene atmosphere. It drove me crazy I can't imagine a therapist agreeing with that, let alone a client. This is a surefire way to drive a customer away. Who is developing this material? This is the second warm product from China that I have returned. Why can't someone design an inexpensive heater that actually works well?
