Stay away from this product. I liked the 100% new OEM aspect of this product, so I ignored the "It will be damaged in transit" warning in the reviews. and it turned out to be completely damaged in transit. The generator looks alright, but when it was shipped it's a wonder only the plastic case was cracked. It comes as a 20-pound piece of metal in a crappy, fully-sealed cardboard box. It's a crash. As others have said, I'm not sure if this is a new alternator or a 100% remanufactured (as in the case of a remanufactured) alternator. Looks fairly new but there are weird pin marks on the windings (see photo) that don't look 100% OEM. But I do not know. The network is there, go to Autozone and buy a $147 refurbished same day and you're done.
